Vine mealybug, Planococcus ficus, or VMB primarily attacks grapevine, but can also affect fruit crops and ornamental plants. Honeydew produced by the vine mealybug provides a substrate for black sooty mold. Additionally, the vine mealybug occurs obscurely under the bark in vineyards, which reduces vineyard yield, quality, and productivity.

CIDETRAK VMB MESO delivers exceptional full-season vine mealybug mating disruption through post-harvest. Moreover, the technology achieves outstanding results using remarkably low dispenser rates and the widest A.I. rate range for grapes. Most importantly, the dramatic reduction of dispenser rate and increased performance results in less labor, less insecticide and less damage.
