Supporting the next generation of talent is a core value at Trécé. Last week, we hosted the 22nd Annual James I. Boston Scholarship Dinner & Ceremony to honor four exceptional Adair High School students.

The 2026 scholarship recipients—Cooper McCord, Kamdyn Downs, Michaela Warren, and Adley Berg—are exemplary in their pursuit of higher education. Trécé President & CEO, Bill Lingren, established this tradition to honor James Boston, a World War II hero. Mr. Boston earned two Bronze Stars with the oak leaf cluster and fought at the Battle of the Bulge. Furthermore, he founded the Adair FFA chapter and taught Vocational Agriculture in Adair for nearly 20 years.

Trécé awards the James I. Boston Scholarship annually to four students based on leadership, scholarship, citizenship, patriotism, and character. We are proud to support these future leaders as they graduate with the Class of 2026.
